The Kamah Association – Curative Community at Kibbutz Harduf provides a protected environment for at-risk children and for adults with disabilities and enables them to realize their unique potential. Kamah is committed to social activism in the fields of education and welfare and through two programs provides support and enrichment activities to help disabled and disadvantaged people. The Tuvia Community is a home for at-risk children and youth who have been removed from their families. The Beit Elisha Community is a permanent residence and a home-for-life for developmentally disabled adults and offers them therapeutic rehabilitative programs and various social activities. Beit Elisha also has an extension “House at the Gilboa” at Kibbutz Merav for young religious women with developmental disabilities.
