VeHadarta has spearheaded the national effort in Israel in terms of older adults’ employment over the past decade. Tens of thousands of older adults and thousands of employers have registered for our flagship Experience Required project, which has generated thousands of placements. The online platform, that was at the foundation of Experience Required 2.0, created an opportunity for us to analyze wide-scope diverse data relating to the field, using advanced tools. This data analysis led us to the understanding that the traditional employment world does not provide necessary solutions for the older adult population. Today’s older adults seek employment that corresponds to their abilities, needs and skills, is dynamic and flexible and creates enrichment and recreation opportunities. The results of this process led to the next stage in the evolution of VeHadarta SKEELZ a unique and innovative solution. based on advanced artificial intelligence tools that assess the job seeker according to the set of skills they developed over a lifetime of work and study and together with a map of professional characteristics the platform is able to greatly optimize the match to a job opportunity. The model is expected to generate income and to become self-sufficient within approximately two years. The organization is seeking partners benefactors and\or investors to join it during the process of transitioning towards the new operating model.
