It is with great sorrow that we share the sad news that Penina (Penny) Waga passed away on Wednesday morning, February 27th.

Beloved mother of Ronn David Torossian and Karin Beth Torossian.

Penny was the Executive Director of PEF for over 25 years.  She served PEF with unbound dedication and love.  We remember Penny when she was healthy and vibrant and so dedicated to PEF.  There were many donors who developed a deep and trusting relationship with Penny and till today, many years after Penny’s retirement, many of our approved organizations regularly have asked about her health and well being.

May her memory be a blessing.
