Establishment and operation of a Kollel for Avrechim and a yeshiva, including advanced Torah studies and practical training for rabbis and halachic instructors. Provides classes and lectures in Judaism and education and operates Torah-based educational programs on Fridays, holidays, and during vacation periods, particularly in Tel Aviv and surrounding areas. Works with struggling and at-risk youth and promotes Jewish values, tradition, and Torah education in Israel and abroad. Writes, edits, and publishes Torah literature and educational materials. Provides scholarships to Avrechim and conducts charitable activities, including assistance to Avrechim and families in need, food baskets and shopping vouchers before holidays, Passover assistance (Kimcha Depischa), wedding assistance, and other forms of community support.
