The goal of the Israeli Social Platform (ISP) is to narrow the social and economic disparities that continue to disempower vulnerable populations in Israel. Building on the professional legacy of Yedidut Toronto, ISP provides innovative and practical responses to the evolving needs of underserved communities across the country. Since its establishment, ISP has developed and implemented creative, field-based solutions addressing both emotional and economic challenges. These include supporting children, youth, and families facing emotional distress, strengthening community and individual resilience, promoting sustainable employment pathways, and assisting populations experiencing prolonged instability. Our work is rooted in direct engagement with the field and informed by ongoing learning and refinement. ISP is focused on delivering long-term, sustainable solutions and takes pride in achieving meaningful, measurable results. By consistently monitoring outcomes and evaluating progress at every stage of implementation, ISP transforms its initiatives into proven models that reduce social and economic gaps, strengthen Israel’s social fabric, and improve quality of life for individuals and communities particularly in underserved and peripheral areas.
