Western Galilee College (WGC) is a unique institute of higher education that focuses on enhancing the human potential of the region and responding to the needs of its population. Since 1972, WGC has provided professional and academic courses to students of all backgrounds. In addition to a wide range of subjects from which students may chose for their B.A. degree, the College offers a variety of diploma courses though its External Studies Division. These courses are intended for people who may already have an academic degree and are seeking advanced training in various professional areas or who wish to pursue personal enrichment. WGC also offers pre-academic preparatory courses to students who have either not received full high school diplomas or who have not met required academic standards.
