Since its founding in 2001, Unistream has maintained a commitment to its mission of offering Israeli teens from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds, or who come from geographically remote areas of the country, access to excellent entrepreneurial educational opportunities. The tools, knowledge, and skills of entrepreneurship have proven to be powerfully impactful in changing how these otherwise often marginalized teens think about themselves, their potential, and their futures, as well as have a significant impact on their actual life trajectories. Each year Unistream serves some 3,500 teens, with programs spanning the country from Kiryat Shmona in the North to Eilat in the South. To date many thousands of individuals have graduated from these programs, becoming empowered entrepreneurial leaders who are emboldened to change the direction of their lives, that of their communities, and that of Israel itself.
