Tsa’ad El Hamoreshet is a young adult -driven nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young adults through culture, heritage, education, and social engagement. We create meaningful opportunities for young adults to connect with their identities, communities, and peers across regions and cultures. What We Do? Our work focuses on young people in Israel’s peripheral regions, strengthening their leadership, sense of belonging, and global outlook through innovative cultural and educational initiatives. We design and implement: Cultural and Heritage Programming Events and initiatives that celebrate the traditions, histories, and cultural expressions of Jewish communities from Middle Eastern, North African, and Arab countries making heritage relevant and accessible to a new generation. Educational Delegations & Identity Trips Transformative study trips and delegations abroad for NGO’s and young adults primarily to countries of heritage and origin (including Morocco, Spain, Greece, Ethiopia, and others) that deepen participants’ understanding of their roots, the story of the Return to Zion, and the development of Israeli society, culture and heritage today. Young Adult Volunteering program – Morocco & Spain Our volunteer program in Morocco and Spain engages young people and community members in meaningful heritage preservation work connected to the memory of historic Jewish communities. Volunteers take part in restoring and maintaining Jewish heritage sites such as cemeteries, synagogues, and communal spaces, while learning the local history and stories tied to each place. Alongside the physical restoration efforts, participants help lead cultural and community events that bring this heritage to life for local residents and visitors, strengthening intergenerational connections and ensuring these traditions and memories continue into the future.
