Tsofen-Tashbik is a collaborative Arab and Jewish non-profit organization that develops hi-tech in the Arab community as an economic lever and catalyst for shared society in Israel. Our vision is to realize an equitable representation of Arabs in Israel’s thriving hi-tech industry by empowering Arab engineers and promoting their inclusion in the dynamic hi-tech workforce, thus contributing to the economic growth of Israel. Our vision extends beyond representation to enrich and strengthen Israel’s economy by harnessing the untapped talent and potential within the Arab community, so as to create a more innovative, resilient, and prosperous society for all.
