Strength in Reserve (“Tzav Cosher”) is a grassroots initiative founded by Israeli reservists to support their fellow soldiers physically, mentally, and emotionally during times of reserve service. Our meetings offer reservists a challenging workout, followed by support sessions. Through tailored training sessions, emotional resilience programs, and peer-led support networks, Strength in Reserve ensures that no reservist faces their challenges alone.
