The foundation was established to provide financial aid to students and householders, organize Torah classes, promote Torah community activities, and provide religious services. The foundation distributes scholarships to learners, and arranges events in honor of Torah. It also organizes Torah classes for men, women, and their families, as well as offers assistance to families within the community.
