Our goal is to establish workshops & service provision centers for the intake and employment of mentally disabled individuals who cannot be employed in the free-market labor section. The job-training framework focuses on the “healthy side” of the mentally ill. Normative behavioral patterns of the workplace, such as discipline, meeting production deadlines, on-th-job conversation with colleagues, instructors and foremen – all contribute to the reinforcement of the abilities of the mentally challenged to better cope with the problems of dailing living within the community.
