Shalhevet Hadarom provides services for the citizens of Dimona. There is a daycare center for children (3 months and up) that also helps guide parents in molding their children and teaches them positive values. Its adult education program (midrashia) gives girls a social framework that builds their character and gives them strength for the future through various lectures, social activities, tours, and musical events. The afternoon center provides children from families in distress with hot meals and enrichment activities. Shalhevet Hadarom also operates a multi-service community center that offers activities for all ages, puppet shows, evening programs, lectures, and entertainment.
