Founded in November 2023 in the wake of the Iron Swords War, Reservists Wives Home Front emerged from pain, solidarity, and a deep sense of urgency. As hundreds of thousands of reservists were called to duty, their partners were left to carry the weight of home, family, and uncertainty alone. Out of that silence, twelve women came together to raise their voices determined to make the invisible visible, and to ensure that those who hold the home front are recognized and supported. Today, the organization represents over 100,000 reservist families across Israel and has become a leading civic force advocating for their rights, resilience, and wellbeing. Reservists Wives Home Front operates in six core domains: Policy and Advocacy, Community, Local Authorities, Emotional & Therapeutic Support, Employment & Economic Resilience, and Research & Data promoting systemic change through legislation, local partnerships, professional standards of care, employment programs, and evidence-based research. Through advocacy, community mobilization, and cross-sector collaboration, Reservists Wives Home Front is redefining national resilience ensuring that those who serve, and the families who stand behind them, are never left behind.
