Founded in 1984, the Rashi Foundation aims to assist the underprivileged in Israel, particularly the younger generations, by helping them reach their true potential and become productive, contributing members of society. Its programs concentrate on reducing educational gaps, children and youth at risk, excellence and leadership, and on special-needs populations. In addition, the Rashi Foundation strives to build partnerships with government ministries and authorities and other philanthropic organizations. By doing so, it looks to achieve a broader scope and deeper impact on education and welfare services in Israel.
