The Pardes Project places Haredi men that are graduates of the elite Yeshivot in various technological and analytical positions in Israel’s security and intelligence bodies. This integration is aimed at helping these organizations to enrich and diversify their human resources with highly capable and brilliant young men, and utilize their flexible thought processes and Talmudic/traditional methods of thinking for intelligence and security purposes. At the same time, it enables our Fellows to realize their potential to contribute significantly to Israel’s national security, and paves their way to full-time employment in the future in various positions of strategic importance to society and the state. The program provides Fellows with a Beit Midrash at the highest level to continue their Torah studies and with a quality academic education, along with personal mentoring, professional development, and relevant training. The program enables them to break out of the cycle of poverty and financial independence and develop a career, thereby creating a better future for themselves and their families. Pardes has already recruited two excellent cohorts, who are progressing in their studies and in their work-study employment: Our placement of Fellows in student positions in security and intelligence organizations is about 85%. We want to recruit a third cohort, but the corona crisis has posed difficult economic challenges for us and we therefore need your help.
