Established over 16 years ago Myisrael was created by Danni Franks with the aim of connecting the UK community to small, under the radar charities in Israel. In this time, we have helped hundreds of vulnerable people change their trajectory. In 2020 we launched in Israel to attract support from ex-pats from the UK who were used to giving charity but unsure how to navigate the Israeli offering. Since then, our reach has grown, and we have several supporters in the USA that would like to continue to support us whilst gaining tax benefits. In 2023 we raised over £2m supporting more than 50 causes, including 25 related to the aftermath of the tragic events of October 7th. Our programs support; Therapy for trauma victims, Equine therapy for bereaved parents, Grants for breast cancer patients, Counselling for survivors of sexual violence, Support for families in crisis in Ashdod, Food vouchers for impoverished families ,Support groups for bereaved girlfriends of fallen soldiers, Rehabilitation for homeless people and Support for isolated elderly people and Holocaust survivors. The projects we support are mainly unknown in the UK and Myisrael spends a lot of time carrying out due diligence, building relationships and understanding the needs of our projects. We track donations so that we can report back on the impact that our donors have in transforming the lives of people in real need. All of our organisations that we work with are in Israel are registered and have a Nihul Takin.
