Machshava Tova aims to minimize social gaps between high and low socio-economic populations in Israel and between those living in central Israel and the periphery by of technology. To do so, Machshava Tova establishes and maintains computer centers in underprivileged neighborhoods and offers courses that provide the necessary tools and knowledge to function in a rapidly evolving technological environment. In addition, Machshava Tova operates Mobile Center Units (MCUs) that are able to reach populations that are unable to physically access the computer centers. Machshava Tova serves many populations, including youth at-risk, single mothers, new and veteran immigrants, the Arab sector, the ultra-Orthodox sector, the unemployed, senior citizens, people with physical and mental disabilities, and many more.
