Maagal Giborim (Kids Kicking Cancer Israel) empowers kids and adults to gain a sense of control over their trauma, pain, and anxiety, through our evidence-based Power Peace Purpose Toolkit based in traditional marital arts. Our core programs include children with serious illnesses, youth-at-risk, and soldiers in rehab. Our instructors use breathwork, movement and guided imagery to help participants gain a sense of control over their fear and pain, manage stress, and build resilience, instilling inner strength and hope to face life’s toughest challenges. What sets us apart is our comprehensive approach: we address physical and emotional pain, transforming trauma into triumph, while providing participants with tools they can use in demanding situations. As participants begin to use these techniques, they naturally teach their friends and families, creating a ripple effect and fostering broader healing. We teach in partnership programs in Israeli hospitals, schools, and rehabilitation centers. In 2024 we provided more than 15,000 sessions. Our mission is to provide sustainable, life-changing techniques that strengthen resilience, a feeling of peacefulness, and purpose. Our programs are open to all, regardless of religion, race, or gender.
