Etz HaRimon is a small Foundation that supports various small and medium-size organizations which are active in closing and diminishing the gaps in society by supporting and lifting the underprivileged. Etz HaRimon is active in the geographical, socio-economic and social periphery, as well as with the “other” in our society. Etz HaRimon helps members of society to cope with illness, economic hardship and the general disadvantaged population with dignity and sees them as equal members of society. The Jewish heritage of “Derech Erez”, “Zedaka” and “we ahavata lereicha kamocha” are the key drivers of the manifold activity of Etz HaRimon. We believe Art to be an important tool to communicate society’s heritage, tradition and values as well as express and interpret one’s self. It is an important tool to fulfil some of the goals of Etz HaRimon.
