IMFA was established as a non-profit organization, promoting integrative medicine to become the basic medical protocol for treating patients, as oppose of being a “nice to have” Nish treatment. Starting June 2022, we will operate a rehabilitation hospital in Israel, where we will bring to live a different, integrative medicine protocol for both patients and their families. This protocol will include not only the physical treatments but also the emotional ones, as part of the basic medicinal protocol. COVID-19’s inclusive impact on the entire humanity, compelled us all to refresh our current perception of health, and to realize that the conventional medicine is not enough when it comes to dealing with diseases in general, and with emotional issues connected to the diseases specifically. The integrative medicine provides care which is equally serious, and focuses its fullest attention, to all three elements: body, mind & spirit – since all 3 are needed for full recovery from any serious illness. In IMFA we want to establish Integrative Medicine as a legitimate, effective and practical health service to any person who wishes to receive it, either as a preventive medicine or during the healing process. We want to make people understand that true wellness includes not only wellness of the body but also of the mind and the spirit. The new rehabilitation hospital will work closely with the health insurance organizations is Israel (Kupot Holim) as well as the privet sector. the donations that IMFA needs will be mainly dedicated to support the establishment of this new rehabilitation hospital. Donations will be used for the reconstructions of adjusting the building, as well as the special rehabilitation equipment needed for the hospital. Donations will be also used for continuously conducting clinical research to measure the improvement of the healing process by using the integrative medicine protocol, and for sponsoring the weaker parts of population who can’t afford these treatments.
