Helem.Club was founded in 2022 by and for people with Post Traumatic Stress Injuries (commonly known as PTSD) with the vision of providing community, resources, and support to millions in need. We believe that education and normalization are critical for harm reduction and rehabilitation. Helem.Club is calling attention to the urgent need for accessible, affordable, and approachable resources for millions of Israelis, as well as the long-term needs for empowered community, culture change, and education to reach people living with PTSD and their families, across the globe.
