The Hadassah Offices in Israel were established September 16, 1998 The objects for which the Company was formed are: a) To act on behalf of and in the interests of Hadassah Women’s Zionist Organization of America (hereinafter-) including on behalf and in interest of any entity affiliated with HWZOA or with which HWZOA in connected (hereinafter The Other Hadassah Institutions). b) To act as a company for the Benefit of the Public. c) To promote HWZOA and the other Hadassah Institutions in Israel and seek fundraising opportunities, both locally and internationally, for HWZOA and other Hadassah Institutions projects in Israel. d) To represent HWZOA to the Israeli public, press and official establishment, and will handle all HWZOA needs in Israel including visiting HWZOA delegations and special events. e) To initiate new programs within the existing HWZOA and the other Hadassah institutions, and to coordinate activities among them. f) To promote activities on behalf of HWZOA in the areas of health, education and welfare throughout Israel. g) Any other object the Company may deem fit and/or any form of activity the Company may seem fit to engage in and/or operation the Company may decide to carry out, provided they are not for profit.
