In the beginning, the idea was simple to enable every person who comes to us, to maximize their mental potential through physical training. Over the years, the movement has evolved and an innovative educational method has been created that builds resilience and develops a winning approach for positive impact in Israeli society. Today, in 2023, the movement has about 2,000 youth, pre-military preparatory programs, about 3,000 active graduates and extensive projects with the Ministry of Education, the world of sports, the IDF and business organizations.
