Eshcolot Baemek Ubahar

Eshcolot Baemek Ubahar works for people with developmental disabilities in institutions in the north of the country. The association strives to achieve respect and equality for people with special needs, and seeks to surround them with a tolerant and supportive society that will give them an opportunity for a quality life. The association cultivates unique and fascinating initiatives in order to turn transparent people into close people with a face and a voice. To this end, we recruit professional, community, business and volunteer partners. The people we work for live away from home. The story of their daily lives is not always familiar to their families, their immediate environment and the entire community. Distance does its thing, and so it happens that parents, neighbors and the community know nothing about our lives and the beautiful, meaningful and content-filled events their family member experiences. To bring you closer to our people, the Eshkolot website tells you about the institutions in which we operate, activities we hold Such as: a visitor center at the “Furrows” farm, a journey for Israel, participation in a fast race to the valley, a photo exhibition that appears today at a gallery in the village of Zelfa and in the future throughout the country.
