Emunah is a leading Israeli social action organization founded in 1935. Emunah is committed to providing practical solutions to the ever changing needs of some of the most vulnerable members of Israeli society. Emunah’s activities focus on education, legislation, social welfare and residential care of children at risk. Emunah aims to strengthen the Israel family, to promote the welfare of children, to advance the status of women and to encourage volunteering within and on behalf of State of Israel, with emphasis on Jewish values. Emunah operates 135 day care centres, 5 residential children’s homes, 5 high schools, 11 family therapy and trauma counseling centres and an academic college.
