Ein Prat – The Academy for Leadership is Israel’s largest provider of intensive pluralistic Jewish educational programming. It seeks to bring about a perceptual, behavioral, and cultural change in all the strata of society and in Israeli and Jewish leadership. There is a pre-military academy, a residential program for post-Army students, and workshops and lectures discussing identity, leadership, and Zionism. There is also a five-week seminar program for a select group of outstanding undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate students from the Diaspora and an enriching month-long Beit Midrash that regenerates students’ passion for learning and expands their fields of interests, taking place on four campuses across Israel each summer.
