Empowering policymakers and professionals in Arab society in Israel in matters of law and policy by designing and promoting strategic goals, positions and professional proposals in the fields of law, society and public policy. The center will serve as a research institute for researchers in the field of applied research and academic researchers in general, in the fields of law, society and public policy.
