The organization works to promote the Northern Dead Sea region and its surrounding communities in the fields of education, culture, heritage, employment, and local tourism. It also fosters leadership, education, and healing among groups and organizations within Israeli society. Its activities include educational, cultural, and environmental programs, as well as enrichment initiatives for all age groups – guided by a dialogical and environmental spirit that encourages encounter, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue among diverse sectors of Israeli society.
