Scholarships to Torah students and support for the needy .Operating Torah and education seminaries, including avrechims, yeshivahs, Talmud Torah, kindergartens, publishing houses, the Gemach Foundation, to initiate, encourage, establish and support the establishment of missional and community Torah centers throughout Israel, with an emphasis on establishing centers and communities among the Haredi population and religious, as well as to coordinate and assist the needs of the communities and nuclei before the relevant public authorities, to carry out and support ideologically, spiritually and materially in activities intended to promote religious and Jewish education and life in the country.
