To spread Torah and Jewish values in the community and in particular among new immigrants, and to help in their social absorption and adaptation to the nature of religious life in Israel. To initiate, build, expand, renovate and operate a building/buildings that will be used as a community center for the benefit of the community, including the establishment of a community center, including pensioners, Torah classes, lectures, classes for children and adults, a synagogue, a midrash, a library. To establish aid funds that will deal with mental, physical and financial support for individuals or families in need, for one-time or ongoing assistance according to criteria that will be updated from time to time by the association’s institutions
