The Chasdei Geulat Zion organization was founded in 2007 and operates with a team of dedicated volunteers and professionals. It identifies families and individuals who are in economic or emotional distress and seeks to find both immediate and long-range solutions to alleviate their suffering. The population it reaches range from those living with violence, illness, and both economic and food insecurity. It serves at-risk youth, with particular emphasis on Ethiopian youth, the elderly, Bar-Mitzvah youth, and new brides.
