Brothers in Yoga (BIY) is dedicated to supporting veterans and citizens coping with trauma from military service and national conflict through comprehensive therapeutic programs focused on long-term wellness. BIY is proud to be a Ministry of Defense-certified provider, working directly with the IDF and serving civilians. With a commitment to fostering a nurturing community, BIY empowers both male and female participants to heal from within using tools like yoga, meditation, and nutrition. We are on track to assist over 2,000 individuals by the end of 2025. The structured group “Life Journey” features retreats, weekly sessions, and ongoing support, allowing participants to craft a daily routine that enhances their well-being. In 2024, BIY celebrated significant achievements, including the graduation of 20 participants who became teachers, and the enrollment of 200 members in the Life Journey program. Through community circles and sponsorship plans, BIY creates connections that amplify the healing process and drive impactful change for all those affected by trauma.
