Beit Moriah Beer Sheva

Beit Moriah is an award-winning non-profit organization serving the community of Be’er Sheva with the goal to improve life in the city by advancing education, fostering strong Jewish values, and providing for those in need. Educational programs include managing daycare centers and elementary schools, working with kindergartens, resource rooms to help all citizens learn how to use computers and the internet, workshops to help those looking for jobs, and curriculum enrichment programs. Social welfare programs consist of homes for children and teens at risk, activities for senior citizens, feeding the poor, immigrant services, a community center, and a program that aims to strengthen familial relationships. Jewish identity programs offer training at their Religious Learning Institute, Torah classes, conversion classes, and tours of the Negev Desert and Be’er Sheva.
