To establish and operate a Kollel for Avrechim and another Torah and educational frameworks — a yeshiva, study programs in the afternoon and evening hours, kindergartens, youth clubs, and informal educational frameworks during vacation periods; to operate charity and benevolence funds and activity centers; to publish literature and research; and to encourage the connection with Jews in the Diaspora.
