Beer Sheva Theater has over 11,000 subscribers, most of them residents of the city and the region, it stands in the first row with the leading theaters in Israel with 5 new plays every season, and about 320 performances every year throughout Israel. The Beer Sheva Theater’s commitment to the community is also reflected in the cooperation of various organizations and social bodies, including theater activities with students and educational institutions in the city, youth clubs, various organizations, etc. It is involved in the fields of culture, welfare, education and settlement in the Negev. The theater operates a unique educational department in its educational-cultural-social concept and its extensive activity. The educational department aims to bring the young audience closer to the theater – As a result, it invests a lot of resources in developing different and diverse programs and adapting them to the diverse target audience and in their ongoing management. The various programs include theater workshops, series for children and youth, enrichment programs, youth subscriptions at reasonable prices and more.
