Maccabi Ashkelon was established in 2013 in order to advance the city’s division of soccer especially among children (both boys and girls) younger than 2nd grade, teens, and adults. We also work in conjunction to promote soccer on a national level as well. We place a heavy emphasis on social responsibility, academic excellence, sportsmanship, accountability, and striving toward a high level of play on the field. We have zero tolerance for violence and prejudice, and see our club as a lightning rod for social justice and becoming top-flight citizens. We take responsibility to instill these important educational and interpersonal values into our participants so that the elements of modesty, humanity, and dedication are held in high regard. As we are part of the Israel Football Association, we partake in competitive and non-competitive local, national, and international events.
