Ariel Chuka is a social initiative inspired by the values of Staff Sergeant Ariel Ohana zl, who fell in battle at Kibbutz Be’eri on 8.10.2023. Mission: To strengthen Israeli society by promoting belonging, social solidarity, and mutual responsibility. Vision: A society where no one feels “invisible.” Key Goals: Create inclusive, empowering community spaces. Strengthen personal, social, and communal resilience, especially in areas affected by conflict and trauma. Build supportive communities where everyone feels valued and connected. Projects: Mechubarim: Overnight journey for small groups of teens. Building resilience, connection, and belonging especially for youth from conflict zones. Now expanding nationwide so every teen has a place to breathe, heal, and grow. “Ariel’s Home” Project A dedicated village at Kibbutz Revadim for lone combat soldiers. Housing, life skills, education, and a community that feels like home. Helping soldiers build purpose, belonging, and a strong civilian future. Lectures & Workshops Dynamic talks in schools, youth groups, and cultural centers. Inspiring dialogue, courage, and unity for teens, soldiers, and adults. Reaching 5,000+ people each year to carry Ariel’s values forward Why we do: To honor Ariel’s legacy of courage, generosity, and love for people.
