Always Beside You is a nonprofit organization supporting IDF paramedics—men and women who make life-and-death decisions under extreme pressure and carry those experiences long after their service ends. Founded in 2024 by graduates of the IDF Paramedics Course, Always Beside You was created to provide a true home for those who served and to care for the caretakers. We support paramedics from the moment they are released from active duty, throughout their transition to civilian life, and in the years that follow, providing emotional, social, and professional support at every stage. Our work focuses on supporting individual mental health, caring for wounded paramedics, honoring fallen paramedics and supporting their families, and strengthening resilience through community building. Today, hundreds of IDF paramedics participate in our programs, and the need continues to grow. We thank you for your support.
