Aluma

Every year Aluma helps thousands of young men and women, religious and secular, some with special needs, from all levels of society, volunteer for National Service. Aluma helps teens, their teachers, and their parents prepare mentally for National Service. Aluma supports them as they select service paths that fit their needs, abilities and personalities, where they can make a significant contribution. Aluma accompanies and supports all the volunteers in its program throughout their service. After their service, Aluma helps its “graduates” find their way in civil society before they start vocational training or academic studies. Aluma networks with occupational counseling centers and even awards scholarships to students who volunteer in the community during their studies.
