Ajyal Movement Generations dream and achieve the house of extracurricular education Ajyal is an Arab youth movement founded in 2008, our activity is geographically distributed with thirty branches located in Arab villages and cities from north to south. The number of members in the movement reaches more than 4000 and ranges in age from nine to eighteen. Each branch manages a vocational adult center and is accompanied by a team of counselors to build a counseling and educational system based on a mentor-guided model, with the aim of maintaining the appropriate educational sequence for the age group to derive personal and collective competencies. Ajyal works in three main cycles, the first is local events within the branch, and the second cycle revolves around national events such as courses, study days, volunteer days, summer camps and multinational meetings. The third episode is the networks of qualifying cadres and crews and building human capacities in the field of education, guidance and leadership. Ajyal believes that young people are able to create a change in their surroundings, by creating circles to activate and move society such as: circles of belonging, personal identity, educational, social, citizenship, individual rights, coexistence, cultural pluralism, social interaction, leadership, entrepreneurship and the ability to debate. The Ajyal movement also aims to raise awareness among young people about the situation of the Arab population. In addition to developing essential qualities such as initiative, participation, responsibility and leadership for change and development, at different levels and areas of life.
