Ahinoam

Ahinoam Association is dedicated to advancing equal opportunity and reducing social gaps in Israel by investing in young adults from the country’s geographic and social periphery especially first generation college students who often lack access to financial, academic, and professional support. A significant portion of the students in Ahinoam’s programs have served in the IDF reserves over the past three years, further underscoring the importance of providing them with comprehensive support that enables their continued advancement. The organization operates two high impact, results driven programs: Scholarship & Mentorship Program- Provides an annual living stipend of 10,000, together with continuous personal mentorship and professional guidance throughout the students’ academic journey. More than 500 students have participated to date, achieving a remarkable 0% dropout rate. Graduates successfully integrate into quality employment, breaking cycles of inequality and becoming role models in their communities. Hybrid Training & Placement Program- A targeted technological training track that equips adults with in demand skills and supports their placement in high quality hybrid roles. The program enables participants to remain in their home communities while significantly improving their employment opportunities and income strengthening local economies and reducing outward migration from Israel’s periphery. 100% of every donation to Ahinoam goes directly to program activities, with 0% overhead. Every contribution to Ahinoam is a leveraged, high impact investment creating measurable change in individual lives, strengthening Israel’s northern and southern communities, and generating long term social and economic returns, especially in these critical times.
