Adam V’Adama is a rapidly growing national network of agricultural boarding high schools, cultivating a new generation of Israeli leaders through hands-on farming and values-based education. Located along Israel’s borders, from the Golan Heights and Galilee to the western Negev, Nitzana, and the Arava- Adam V’Adama students play an important role in supporting peripheral communities and contributing to regional resilience. Today, Adam V’Adama operates eight schools serving 500 students (grades 9-12), who reflect the full diversity of Israeli society. These students partner with 450 farmers nationwide, working in the fields for four hours each day and contributing tens of thousands of agricultural labor hours annually. Their work directly supports Israel’s food security and sustains farmers, especially during times of national crisis. Adam V’Adama empowers young people to take responsibility, show initiative, and build a strong connection to the land. Graduates carry a lasting commitment to leadership and meaningful contribution to their communities and Israeli society.
